We use only the highest quality Sony CCD chipsets inside our cameras. After listening to the feedback from our customers all our cameras come standard with a 90 degree field of view lens. The lens is interchangeable for optional wider or narrower lenses. The camera lens is protected by a replaceable outer glass lens. Its AUTO electronic shutter control and white balance provides a very crisp picture during the day. Our cameras are sealed to protect against water and dirt.
Our 420line camera provides an excellent picture and with its .5lux rating video can obtained in low light conditions. Need even a better picture? Then step up to our 520line camera, with a larger internal CCD chip colors are crisp and true. Also with its .1lux rating it makes filming at night seem like day.
Note* All Race Optics cameras come standard with a locking waterproof connector. Camera will include an adaptor cable with RCA and power connection. Custom connectors can be added upon request. Please contact us for details.
