Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes, we can ship just about anywhere worldwide. Shipping will be calculated upon checkout. You can also contact us for shipping rates.

Q. When will my order ship?

A. All products in stock will ship within 24 hours. Orders in before 2pm Mountain Standard Time will ship same day as long as products are in stock. Please email or call us to confirm in stock products.

Q. I have a camcorder, but unsure whether it is compatible with the Stage 1 System. How can I check whether it has an A/V input port?

Q. What is the warranty period on your products?

A. We offer a 15 day return policy on all products and 90 day warranty from any manufacture defects.

Q. What do some of the terms mean on the product pages, such as "resolution" & "horizontal lines"?

Q. Can I use a LANC remote with my camcorder?
