No refunds are granted 15 days past the date of receipt.
Products returned in abused, misused, damaged or any other unacceptable condition as deemed by Race Optics LLC, no refund or exchange will be granted.
Shipping cost is non refundable.
All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.
All returned products must be in its original condition, properly packaged or no refund will be granted.

All Returns require an RMA # before returning products. To obtain a RMA# fill out the RMA form. Please contact us for RMA form and RMA#. Email or fax the filled out form to us. We will then issue the you a RMA # and return address.

RMA# must be written clearly on the package or we will refuse acceptance of the package

Race Optics is NOT responsible for customer failing to buy insurance on return package or for consequential damage upon receipt by Race Optics. Race Optics does NOT cover shipping cost of products back to Race Optics
