DISCLAMER

Race Optics LLC encourages our customers to check and comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations concerning the legality of making, transmitting, recording and web/internet posting of video and/or audio signals, of other individuals, without their express written consent. By purchasing our products you are agreeing to all terms and conditions set forth by Race Optics LLC. Race Optics LLC is not responsible for video and audio obtained or loss while using our products. Any purchaser or user of our products agrees to hold Race Optics LLC harmless of all liability for the actual, intended or unintended use of its products. Race Optics does not guarantee suitability of use and individual results may vary. Race Optics reserves the sole right to refuse service or product to anyone.  Mistakes or conflicts discovered throughout or within any Race Optics published, printed or stated materials does not change the intent nor the scope of the any of the Race Optics terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between Race Optics LLC and its customers, clients and vendors and shall govern and supersede any and all additional oral or written agreements and communication unless specifically modified in writing by Race Optics LLC.  Race Optics reserves the sole right to make changes, updates and edits to any of our terms and conditions at any time, without liability or notice to past or present customers.  Any dispute with Race Optics LLC shall be governed under Laws of the State of Arizona and the State of Arizona shall be the sole legal venue for handling all disputes should any arise.

Warranty & Information

Race Optics LLC warrants its products to be free from factory defects for a period of six (6) months from date of receipt. All products are tested to be in proper working order prior to shipment. In-stock products will be shipped the following business day provided such orders are successfully processed within the terms and conditions of purchase. Backorders are processed on a “first come - first serve” basis within the terms and conditions of purchase. Discounted and discontinued sale products do include the full warranty set forth by Race Optics LLC. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser and does not apply to commercial or resale transactions unless otherwise authorized by Race Optics LLC. All claims for errors and shortages in orders must be made within 5 days of receiving order.

Warranty repairs are done so at no cost to the original purchaser provided upon inspection any such repair is deemed to be a factory defect and no fault of the original purchaser. Any repair deemed not a factory defect and at no fault of Race Optics LLC, the original purchaser will be notified of the estimated cost including parts, labor and shipping.   

Return and Refund Policy

Sales transactions which are eligible for a refund will be granted by Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number no later than (15) days after the date of delivery receipt, no exceptions. Faxed or PDF’d signed (RMA) forms will be considered the only acceptable time stamp for allowable returns. Refunds and/or exchanges are granted provided the purchased item(s) are returned in their original complete condition, properly packaged and with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number clearly printed on the return package along with a signed (RMA) form inside the package. Telephone voice mails are NOT an acceptable time request for any return. (RMA) instructions can be found on our website www.raceoptics.com under the Support section. Quantity sales orders, Dealer sales orders, On-Site Installations by Race Optics and Custom Made products, the sales are final and are not eligible for a return refund but do carry our full warranty.  Exchanges or upgrades are on a per order basis only with prior approval by Race Optics.  Race Optics strongly suggests all returned products be insured for full replacement cost. Race Optics will not be responsible nor held liable for any return(s) delivered to any Race Optics location, by any delivery service and left without proper (RMA) documentation or acceptance by Race Optics.  Customers sending packages do so at their own risk.All refunds and/or exchanges are subject to a maximum (15%) restocking fee PLUS any damaged parts, items, packaging, unusable, unsalable components at the sole discretion of Race Optics. Due to the nature of electronics, Race Optics highly suggests customers read all the installation and operating manuals, using good care at initial set-up and installation, so as not to damage to misuse the equipment.  Proper initial set-up will insure years of enjoyment and use and avoid costly returns. Unauthorized or unacceptable returns will be shipped back to the original purchaser at no cost to Race Optics LLC.

Customers purchasing from a Dealer must return to the Dealer from which the customer purchase the product(s).  Dealer return policies may be different and apply only to the Dealer from which the customer purchased and for which Race Optics holds no dual obligation. Stated warranties will apply to custom kits, systems and components unless otherwise noted. This warranty gives you certain legal and specific rights provided herein.

To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Race Optics LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Race Optics does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information contained on this site. Race Optics LLC does not warrant that the functions contained in the materials available on this site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the materials, this site or the server that makes them available are free of viruses or other harmful components. You (and not Race Optics LLC) assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair and correction. under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Race Optics LLC be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, site or any downloaded materials, even if Race Optics LLC or its representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Race Optics LLC total liability to you from all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, or otherwise) exceed the amount you paid to race optics, if any, for products purchased on this site.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless RACE OPTICS LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, representatives, and third party providers to the Site from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this agreement by you, including without limitation any content or communications you post or transmit through this Site and your use of this Site.

Who May be Collecting My Information & How will it be Used?

Race Optics LLC collects the personal information you provide on our sites. We may use the information you submit through our Web sites, to send you advertising or promotional materials, including information about new products, contests, features and enhancements, special offers and other events of interest. Clear GIF’s - Cookies - IP Addresses

Clear GIF’s, sometimes called "web bugs," are file objects, usually a graphic image such as a transparent one pixel-by-one pixel GIF (Graphics Interchange Format), one of the two most common file formats for images used on the Web which are placed on a Web page or in an e-mail message to monitor user behavior. The GIF tells us the IP address of the computer that fetched our page, the URL address of the page the GIF is on, the time the page was viewed; the type of browser used and can show us a previously set cookie value. This anonymous information is returned by the clear GIF to Race Optics LLC and we use this information to accurately count visitors across multiple Race Optics LLC sites, to understand how viewers navigate and use our network of sites.
